Service Terms

These terms apply to review services purchased from Clearhand Review, operated by Valley Practice Development LLC.

Service

Clearhand Review provides a human-reviewed evidence and document check. The agreed material is reviewed for claim support, sources, dates, contradictions, missing proof, clarity, and selected calculation consistency. The deliverable is a written report. Business Standard and Matter File also include one 30-minute review call.

Service boundaries

The service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, securities, investment, medical, patent, regulatory, valuation, fundraising, fraud, or misconduct conclusions. Findings may identify an evidence question and recommend follow-up with a qualified professional. Software-produced labels remain provisional until a named human reviewer approves them.

Scope and delivery

The package selected at checkout controls the price, page limit, file limit, and included call. Work begins after payment and receipt of all complete agreed files. The delivery period is a three-business-day target from that point. The target is not a guarantee of a particular result or third-party decision.

Customer responsibility

You confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to place the order, and own or have permission to share each submitted file. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied and for obtaining qualified professional advice before making a regulated or legal decision.

Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected through Stripe-hosted checkout. Clearhand Review does not receive card numbers. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed and the submitted scope passes the stated package limits.

Cancellation and refunds

A customer receives a full refund if cancellation occurs before review work begins. A customer also receives a full refund if Clearhand Review cannot deliver the agreed scope. Requests should be sent to hello@clearhandreview.com with the checkout receipt.

Files and privacy

Files may be uploaded only through the payment-gated upload page. Do not send confidential files by email. The Privacy Notice and File-Retention Notice describe information handling and deletion periods.
