Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Clearhand Review, operated by Valley Practice Development LLC, collects, uses, stores, and deletes information submitted through this website and the review service.

Information collected

• Contact information, including your email address.
• Order details, including the selected package, document category, page and file counts, decision context, and target date.
• Consent records showing the terms and notices accepted at checkout.
• Payment status, amount, currency, and payment-provider identifiers. Clearhand Review does not receive card numbers.
• Files uploaded after verified payment.
• Technical and security records needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information is used to confirm scope and payment, receive and protect files, prepare and deliver the requested review, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain required business and transaction records.

Customer files, excerpts, and findings are not used for public examples, marketing, research, or model training without separate written permission.

Service providers

Clearhand Review uses service providers for website hosting, security, private file storage, email, and payment processing. Those providers process only the information needed to perform their services. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own privacy notice.

File access and retention

Customer uploads are stored privately and are not available through a public file link. Failed or incomplete uploads are deleted after 7 days. Original and working files are deleted 30 days after delivery. Final reports remain available for 90 days after delivery. Transaction records are retained for 7 years without document contents. Information not accepted

Do not upload passwords, bank credentials, government identifiers, health or school records, employee records, customer lists, material nonpublic securities information, or any file you are not authorized to share. Do not email confidential files.

Security

Clearhand Review uses access controls, private storage, short-lived upload authorization, file-type and size checks, and security records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of eligible information by emailing hello@clearhandreview.com. Some transaction records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes.
